These two energies operate on two very different Energy Systems – The 3^rd dimensional energy system and the 5^th dimensional energy system.

The 3^rd dimensional (3D) energy healing system is a system that is separate from us and can be accessed and used to help assist the healing of oneself and of others by channelling the energy where it is needed.

The 5^th dimensional (5D) energy healing system, which was reinstated on earth in 2010 due to the awakening of mankind to love and light through their heart resonance and is an energy system that is a part of you, you are an integrated energy source of the energy of oneness and as such you have access to an internal energy healing system that has the ability to heal oneself and the world in miraculous ways from within.

3D healing energy is an energy source that is separate from you and brought into and through your body from an external source within the Universe, holding your energy in a restricted yet powerful energetic force field. Keeping you connected and grounded within the earth’s atmosphere. This energy source was gifted to mankind to help us through our state of ego and to get us to this point in time and is currently transforming into its original form, before mankind’s state of ego on earth.

5D healing energy is an energy source that is a part of you and naturally emanates outwardly and throughout the world as one from a place of love, keeping you connected and grounded within the energy of oneness… earth’s inner and outer atmosphere.

Both energy systems have a purpose here on earth however we are now transitioning from the 3D Energy to 5D Energy and so forth… 6^th, 7^th, 8^th, and 9th and beyond and as we release the ego and embody love and light from within we continue to rise to higher dimensions of ascension, discovering new ways of being, through our light body transformation.

3D healing energies where gifted to mankind by ‘free will’ for the purpose of assisting mankind to release the ego and awaken to Oneness in the 5^th Dimension. The universals intention for gifting us 3D ‘healing energy’ was to get mankind to this point… the re-reinstatement of the energy of oneness on earth and achieving this transition, and as we each transition from 3D to 5D mankind are required to release channelled healing energies for transmutation as it is no longer required in its current form of existence and is now ready for integration in oneness for the greater good of all life on earth.

All that is separate from us… separates us and all that is within us… connects us. Mankind is now well and truly bathing to the energy of oneness and as such are required to embrace all that comes from within, releasing the practice of channelling healing energies, as these energies are somewhat blocking one’s own integration… in oneness. Without releasing these energies for transmutation, mankind will continue to hold them-selves in attachment… in ego, blocking the full reinstatement of oneness and therefore blocking our connection to all life on earth and to the all-knowing truth of the universe as one… through our resistance. What we resist persists.

Surrender and Release all that is separate from you… for a new way of being to unfold within the new and improved Energy System of Oneness. All that you seek is within you.

Release any attachment to the 3^rd dimensional world and embrace and embody the 5^th dimensional energy of oneness… rising to new heights of awareness and beyond. You have the power within you to help heal the world by embodying love and by embracing Oneness and through healing yourself and the world by accessing the Healing Energy of Oneness that lies within.  You have the power to help heal the world from within. The world belongs to us not to you… or you… or you!

THE PEOPLE HAVE THE POWER & IF THE PEOPLE WANT PEACE;

We the people must release any desire or conditioning within ourselves for power and control over any and all living things on earth… releasing all that holds us a prisoner to the, disease, destruction and disharmony in the harsh world we have created through our hunger for greed and by using and abusing life on earth.

True happiness lies within… within your own ‘inner’ peace, balance and harmony, connected ‘As One’ with all life on earth… creating peace, balance and harmony throughout the world… there lies, OUR true saviour.

Our saviour lays within you… within me… within each and every one us; it’s within all life on earth… its connection, its Oneness… It’s love!

When we heal our own lives, we heal the world. We are all connected through an energetic vibrational thread and what you and I do today out of ego has a detrimental effect on us all… on all life on earth… rippling out to us all, through our energetic vibrational connection.

What you as an individual do today has an effect on all life on earth. What do you choose for us… love or greed, your heart or your ego… peace, balance and harmony or disease, destruction and disharmony?

If you want peace, balance and harmony in the world, you must first become peace, balance and harmony from within.

Release any desire or conditioning within yourself to reign power and control over any and all living things… releasing all that holds you a prisoner to the, disease, destruction and disharmony in the harsh world you have helped create through your hunger for greed. Love and nurture all life forms on earth and be an active part of the solution… bringing more love and light to the world… bringing the world back to life!

This is an Energy Update Notification

Hi there, if you didn’t already know, there is a Universal Calibration in Process – A Universal Vibrational Re-configuration. Simply put, The Universe is working its magic in favour of the people he-he… actually it is much bigger than that, the Universe is realigning in Oneness… Love & Light… supporting and sustaining the divine living system here on earth and throughout the entire galaxy… as One and right now at this moment in time, we are experiencing a surge of energy within that alignment, due to the universe making a reconfiguration or you might say and adjustment.

We are currently and throughout this process experiencing high energy surges and receiving universal downloads, consciously and subconsciously… making this an ideal time to Tune In to the universal forces/energies that surround us. This can be done quite easily by taking time to connect with the ‘Divine Living System’ (Mother Nature) and more deeply to self and to the divinely collective.

During this time, you may or may not experience some of the following symptoms;

• Headaches
• Nausea
• Ringing, humming and or vibrations in the ears.
• Vibrations and or energy throughout and or surrounding your body.
• Vibration and or energy within or surrounding the energy point of the body – chakra centres and meridian system.
• Heart palpitations – these are harmless and should only last a few seconds or minutes at the very most. However if you feel you are actually having a heart attack or other heart problems (unrelated to this energy shift) please call 000.
• Unusual disruptions in your sleep patterns.
• A heightened sensory perception.
• Unusual sounds and vibrations in the sky or outdoors.

Please note that these symptoms are harmless and are just some of the affects you may or may not experience during this time and they may or may not feel similar to any ascension symptoms you may have experienced in the past, however let me be clear this is not ascension; this is a reconfiguration! The universe is stepping in to make a necessary vibratory correction.

To get the most out of this process it is advised that you;

• Release any stress and or worry.
• Bring more peace, balance and harmony into your inner being, regardless of external influences.
• Get out in nature as much as possible… night & day and connect to the natural elements.
• Be gentle with yourself – Meditate, heal and nurture yourself.
• Eat a light and healthy diet – preferably a raw plant based diet and keep well hydrated (drink plenty of water)
• Fully immerse yourself in the ocean or in natural running stream/waterfalls.
• Connect with your higher self – your light body and with source energy.
• Follow your intuition and any signs or signals you may receive from the universe, doing whatever it is that you are divinely guided to do at this time and moving forward.

It is not known how long this process will take at this time and is estimated to take several days as it will affect each of us differently over the coming days, I advise listening to your own inner guidance system as to undertake this process in your own uniquely individual and timely manner. Trust that you will know what to do and when to do it; there are no wrongs or rights, at very least… if nothing at all… simply just BE!
